Richard Wagner is an Orange County and Los Angeles attorney and managing partner of Wagner & Zielinski, A Professional Corporation.
Mr. Wagner was born in Denver, CO and raised in Southern California. He earned his bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and worked on the staff of a U.S. Senator in Washington, D.C. He received his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. While in law school, Mr. Wagner served as a law clerk to the Orange County Alternate Defender’s Office, as a judicial extern to the Hon. Justice Edward Wallin (Ret), California Court of Appeal, and served on the Law Review.
Mr. Wagner worked in the criminal branch of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor where he tried multiple jury trials, handled numerous probation violation hearings and litigated literally hundreds of cases against the best criminal defense and DUI lawyers.
Mr. Wagner has an extensive and unique background in that he is equally adept at handling civil lawsuits as well as criminal defense matters. Mr. Wagner is known as a highly skilled Orange County and Los Angeles DUI lawyer who is committed to your case.
Mr. Wagner is admitted to practice in the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Court, in all state courts throughout California, and has served as pro hac vice counsel in Georgia.

Rasha Zielinsky , Esq.

| | | | Rasha M. Zielinski is a named partner of Wagner & Zielinski, APC. Rasha’s practice focuses on business litigation as well as choice of entity analysis, forming corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. As part of Rasha’s transactional practice, she works with CPAs and intellectual property experts to ensure that her clients’ interests are protected. Rasha is admitted to practice in the Central District of the United States District Court and in all state courts throughout California.
Rasha was born in Hawaii where she lived through her freshman year of high school. Her family then moved to Darmstadt, Germany for two years, before moving to Orange County, California where she graduated from Tustin High School. Rasha earned her bachelors of science degree in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, and worked as a judicial extern to the Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. She received her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in tax research. Rasha served as a law clerk to the Orange County Public Defender’s Office and served on the Law Review as notes and comments editor.
Rasha served as a litigation associate for a firm in Irvine, California before becoming a partner at Wagner & Zielinski. Rasha is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California. | | | |
